| Summary of position | Builds customer loyalty by developing and managing relationships with existing customers. Cross-sells additional services, conducts new client follow-ups, revives dormant customers, and handles inquiries from potential customers. Works with Marketing Coordinator to create and conduct surveys, new client orientation programs, and client informational tools. |
| Essential duties/ responsibilities |

| Education | High school/GED, required. Associates or Bachelors degree preferred. |
| Experience | 3+ year(s) with demonstrated success in customer service related work. |

| Physical requirements | Work is performed in normal office environment. Degree of required physical force: Light <20 lbs. of force. Frequency of required physical force: Occasional (moderate). |
