Since 1982, Stork Materials Testing & Inspection (SMT&I) has provided a unique combination of engineering and testing services for clients nationwide. In 1997, SMT&I became a subsidiary of Stork Materials Technology (SMT) and its worldwide network of facilities, making it possible for us to offer our clients access to the expertise of over a thousand dedicated engineers, scientists, and technicians.
Our multidisciplinary staff of engineers and other specialists has many years of experience in the analysis and prevention of failures, materials testing, and product evaluation. Our testing capabilities supply the base for quality control and product improvement. The group is frequently called upon to provide expert witness testimony and litigation support.
