Senior Metallurgical Engineer George Goodrich honored by AFS

WIXOM, MI - April 21, 2008

Stork CRS is pleased to announce that Senior Metallurgical Engineer George Goodrich will be recognized by the American Foundry Society (AFS). The John H. Whiting Gold Medal will be presented to Mr. Goodrich for his "untiring efforts to improve the foundry industry through research, publication of articles and books, leading and serving on committees in the AFS Cast Iron and Steel Divisions, and teaching for the Cast Metals Institute."

Winners of the AFS Gold Medal, Service Citation, Scientific Merit, Howard F. Taylor, and Ray H. Witt awards will be honored at special events held in conjunction with CastExpo'08 in Atlanta, May 17-20. Stork CRS will be exhibiting at the CastExpo '08 in Booth 604.
