Paul Krutzen named Stork Materials Technology Regional Manager, Europe

AMSTERDAM, THE NETHERLANDS—November 21, 2006

Stork Materials Technology is pleased to announce the appointment of Paul Krutzen to the position of Regional Manager in Europe. Mr. Krutzen, who holds a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering and an MBA from the University of Antwerp, was previously employed by Dutch Space, the largest space company in the Netherlands and supplier for the international space industry. Krutzen was most recently General Manager of the Solar Array and Launchers Division and also served in Programme Management and as Financial Controller for the Leiden, Netherlands company.

"Stork FDO is a materials testing provider for Dutch Space, so we've been familiar with Paul and his work there for many years. Paul's engineering background, commercial know-how, and operational skills make him a valuable addition to any organization, and we are glad to have him on board."

In his new role, Mr. Krutzen will be based in the Stork Amsterdam office and will be responsible for all operations in The Netherlands and Belgium, including Stork Intermes, Stork FDO and Stork CMT.
